Since the inception of Google in 1998, Google has always made its work and workplace fun and exciting and that continues to their coding as well – hiding Fun little tricks in their products as Easter Eggs, Today we will explore some of the best easter eggs in their search engines

1: Askew

Askew means not in a straight or level position if you search the same on google search u can see that the search result page will be slanted a bit to the right

2: Anagram

This one is high in the definitive list of easter eggs. Write “anagram” in the search box, Google will ask you “did you mean: nag a ram?”. (which sounds the same as Anagram)
For more fun you can type in “define anagram” and it will ask you again “did you mean: nerd fame again?”

3: Blink Html

The easter egg hidden here is quite a fun animated one. Type “blink html” or “<blink>” in the search box in order to activate it.
You will notice that the words “blink” and “html” will actually blink on the result page!

4: Marquee Html

This is one more HTML easter egg, but slightly Different than the Previous, type “marquee html”.
You will notice that the results count will slowly move from right to left on the page

5: Do a barrel roll

The barrel roll is known as an airplane maneuver in which the pilot performs a 360-degree roll while flying forward at a consistent altitude
it seems google wanted to do the same maneuver in their search engine as well, Just type “Do a barrel roll” and u can see it in the search result page!

6: Festivus

Sometimes Easter eggs need not have to have a meaning and our next easter egg is exactly the same
Type “Festivus” in google search and u see a long pole in LHS of the search result
I might be wrong and there might be a reason if so comment below so that I will know!

7: Google Gravity

what-if there was no gravity on earth? would the things behold the same way? no right!
but what about google search page without gravity? Did you ever imagine it? curious now? Then find out here

8: Webdriver Torso

This was started Youtube account named Webdriver Torse started posting lots of 11-second videos showing a series of blue and rectangles.
There were Rumors to say aliens and spies were communicating through those videos.
Later google clarified by saying – “We’re never gonna give you uploading that’s slow or loses video quality, and we’re never gonna let you down by playing YouTube in poor video quality. That’s why we’re always running tests like Webdriver Torso.”
that’s how this easter egg was born! , U can try it by searching “Webdriver Torso” in google search

9: Text adventure

This one is for the geek in you, search “text adventure” in google search, nothing happened? search again, Still nothing?
Ah…, I told its for the geek in you, so open the console and you will be greeted with the message “Would you like to play a game?” Type the word “yes” in response
now you set on an adventure to Find the naughty G in google, Good Luck!!

10: Conway’s game of life

The Game of Life, also known simply as Life, is a cellular automaton devised by the British mathematician John Horton Conway in 1970
This allowed researchers to the observation of various stages of the “evolution” of cells as they interact with one another over time.
Conway’s “game” is quite simple – as a “player” you simply create an initial configuration of cells ( by typing ” Conway’s game of life” in the search bar), turn it on (click on go ), and watch it evolve, with no further interaction.
